  A Combat Sport in which two people exchange punches with gloves against each other. A contest of strength, speed, reflexes and endurance.

At FPM, our mission is to bring Amateur Boxing to the next level professionally.

Competitive Boxers will undergo organized and systematic advance training under FPM Coaches, of which the Boxing Training includes running, skipping, shadow boxing, bag works, focus mitts, defensive techniques, footworks and occasional sparring.

Strength and Conditioning trainings is conducted by our In-House Trainers. A total package of Speed, Agility, Stamina, Flexibility and Reflexes Trainings completes every Boxers' Regime.


As for the Non-Competitors, they benefit from all of the above as well.
